Mazui, home and workshop of the Zinneke Parade

A model example of material reuse
Hidden away in the Masui district, in the former Fiscal Stamp Printing Works, MaZui is buzzing with creativity and innovation like nowhere else in Brussels. Zinneke has been based here since 2023, providing an inspiring venue for artists and associations.
The MaZuigebouw was completely renovated in 2018 by Ouest architects and Rotor, with respect for the circular economy and sustainability. Multifunctional workshops, a metal workshop, and an 800 m² recycling center demonstrate how innovation and creativity go hand in hand. The renovation was awarded the "Coup de cœur du Jury" prize at the Trophées Bâtiments Circulaires 2023.
Since its inception, the non-profit organization Zinneke has been actively promoting cultural diversity and artistic expression in Brussels. As a platform for collaboration, it brings together professional artists, local residents, and associations, and encourages innovative projects that enrich the city. MaZui is therefore not only the nerve center of the Zinneke Parade, but also a symbol of the creative and inclusive spirit that makes Brussels so unique.
During the tour, you will discover the history of the building and the Zinneke Parade, and feel the creative energy that buzzes here every day. It is a unique opportunity to experience art, community, and sustainability up close.
